\nI have CMT (Charcot Marie Tooth) disease and had my left foot rebuilt a few years ago. They wreaked all kinds of havoc on my nerves when they moved everything back into place and now I can’t feel three of my toes. So go ahead. Step on my foot when we dance. It’s all good.<\/p>\n

I have a fear (or extreme dislike) of odd numbers.<\/strong>
\nWith everything digital now, I’m even more of a freak about it. NEVER put my TV volume on 31. Never. Ever. Unless you have a death wish. But my oldest daughter pointed out a few days ago that I was born on an odd-numbered day, both of my children and my husband were born on odd-numbered days, and I live in an odd-numbered house. Zip code? Odd number. Phone number? Odd number. Something weird is going on here…<\/p>\n

I was one of those kids who wanted to do EVERYTHING when I was growing up and changed it up about every month.<\/strong>
\nSinger. (Birds fall from the sky when I do it.)\u00a0Archaeologist. (Have you SEEN Indiana Jones?) Cupcake shop owner. (Cupcake Wars. Licking the batter. *swoon*) Finger Weave Artist. (Still trying to figure out what this is, but I wrote it down way back when) Nurse. (Pass out when I see blood… so… no.) Lego Artist. (I saw a TV special on this once. They PAY people to build Legos! But I never saw an opening. And I’m sure it would be in the Netherlands or something.) Teacher. (Yeah, doing that one.) And from the day I learned how to write, I’ve written stories. So writer is one that stuck. It’s what makes me… well, me.<\/p>\n

I auditioned for the Shawshank Redemption.
\n<\/a><\/strong>Unfortunately they didn’t have any parts available for a 19-year-old girl, so it was (not my first) rejection. But the prison where it was filmed is in my home town and my dad is in the movie. He’s on the second parole board with his arms crossed.
